Course description

This course introduces employees, contractors, and partners of Toyota Tsusho Finance (Cambodia) Plc (TTFC) to the rules and best practices for company PC usage. The training focuses on information security, compliance with corporate IT policies, and safeguarding critical company data from misuse, loss, and cyberattacks.
Learners will understand both their responsibilities and the consequences of unsafe PC practices, ensuring that TTFC maintains a secure IT environment.

What will i learn?

  • By completing this course, you will be able to: •Explain the purpose of the PC usage policy (preventing data leakage and virus attacks). •Identify the scope of who must comply (employees, contractors, vendors, agents). •Apply the rules for PC use, including: o Using only IT-approved software. o Protecting credentials (username & password). o Changing passwords every 90 days. o Avoiding removable devices and untrusted online services. o Recognizing and avoiding suspicious pop-ups and emails. o Enabling screen savers and locking devices when away. o Backing up files on the central server. o Shutting down and storing PCs securely after use. o Prohibiting unauthorized hardware changes or personal usage.
  • Understand how to protect TTFC assets against loss, theft, or misuse.

Requirements

  • Must be a TTFC employee, contractor, vendor, or agent using a company-owned PC.
